How to view online magazines through an app:

Currently, Flipster offers a mobile app for Apple devices, Android devices, and Kindle Fire tablets. It can be downloaded from the iTunes App store, Google Play Store and from this FAQ for the Kindle Fire. Once the app is downloaded and opened, click Get Started. Search for FRANKLIN CO LIBRARY and click LOG IN next to our entry. Click Patron ID Login under the Sign In button so you can enter in your library card number (without spaces) to access the magazines. To access back issues on your mobile device, tap on the info  icon associated with the magazine you are interested in. From the Details Screen, you can browse all available back issues. (Available now in iOS, coming soon in Android)

This resource requires a library card to use it.
